PREVENTION POLICY FOR INCIDENTS OF VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT AT WORK AND MANAGEMENT OF RELATED COMPLAINTS
ATESE S.A. defends that all workers have the right to work in an environment that respects the dignity, the worth and the human rights of every person. ATESE S.A. is committed to ensuring a workplace free of violence, harassment and intimidation. In order to ensure this, ATESE S.A. will not tolerate any incident of violence or harassment within the workplace.
Furthermore ATESE S.A. commits to investigate any complaints, regarding harassment and intimidation within the workplace, using the method of progressive discipline (Progressive Discipline*), including the termination of the cooperation with the perpetrator(s).
The Criminal Code of Greece defines as illegal specific issues such as violent acts, sexual harassment, threats and behaviors such as violence at work. In case of any of the above, ATESE S.A. is able to contact the Police.
ATESE SA fully complies with international labor standards to combat violence and harassment at work and is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees without unlawful discrimination on any grounds and free from unlawful violence or harassment at work, including sexual harassment. The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence or harassment in the workplace. It takes all incidents seriously and immediately investigates all allegations of violence and sexual harassment. Any person found to have used violence or sexually harassed another person will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
